Joined NYC’s MCU Municipal credit union and filled out a personal loan application what are the odds of appro?

Well I went to my local MCU bank today and opened an account and I also applied for a 2500 personal loan. I just recently started a new job and my FICO score is 623 the other scores are much lower. I have 2 credit cards and they are fairly close to the limit. What are the odds of me getting approved. Are they really harsh or will they give it to me at a high interest rate?
