not paying your credit cards?

when i turned 18 i got all kinds of credit card applications in the mail and stupid me filled them out and i ended up getting about 5 credit cards mostly with 300 dollar limits, but being young i went out and spent all of them partying and never paid any of them i use to get letters in the mail saying to pay them and even bill collectors would send letters and then it just stopped i havnt got any letters from any of them in about 6 months im 20 now, and my parents say they can take me to court but will they?
