There is no annual fee, so all you pay is the amount of gas you have purchased, plus interest on any unpaid balances.
I would recommend paying your balances in full every month.
You sound like you are new to credit cards.

If you have an established credit history, you may want to consider Discover, Visa or MasterCards with rebates for gas purchases.
